The brief

Every online business hits the same wall in month three: the production cost of content. Ideas are not scarce and ambition is not scarce — the hours between knowing what to publish and having it ready to publish are. AVMint was built to take that layer down to minutes, and it had to be sold to people who had already been disappointed by a shelf of AI tools that each did one tenth of the job.

The product

AVMint produces six finished artefacts rather than briefings or templates: a Deep Dive Business Blueprint with positioning, audience, a 90-day plan and a content calendar; 15–20 scheduled content items with chapter-structured scripts, per-shot visual prompts and per-platform social copy; an investor-grade marketing plan; paste-ready multi-platform ad campaigns with targeting and budget suggestions; long-form SEO articles tied back to the blueprint; and buildable digital-product specs priced against the audience the blueprint targets.

The distinction that made the product sellable is the one in that sentence: each output is a file you can ship, not a prompt you still have to work. That was a product decision, and it came out of the positioning work rather than out of engineering.

Three engines, one workflow, one bill

Assembling this stack yourself means four or five subscriptions and the glue code between them written in spare evenings. AVMint is the glue. Claude runs the reasoning layer — niche research, blueprints, scripts, business plans, ad copy — as multi-stage pipelines with critique-and-revise passes, which produces materially sharper output than a single-prompt tool. ElevenLabs handles voice and music: narration for informational content, and music beds composed to per-chapter prompts. Grok Imagine generates per-shot keyframes and image-to-video clips, scaled to the aspect ratio of the destination platform, so one source becomes 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.

The commercial design mattered as much as the technical one. No subscription, no idle seat ticking over between projects: users buy credits, spend them only on output, and the balance never expires. Every generate button shows its own cost before it is pressed.

The site, and why it is shaped that way

The home page does not open with features. It opens with the wall — the creator who cannot ship more than three videos a month, the founder rewriting the same investor document for a fifth Saturday, the owner staring at a marketing-retainer invoice — because the product only makes sense to someone who has already recognised the problem in themselves.

From there it quantifies the cost, then names what changes, then forks. Five entry points — looking for an idea, solo founders, startups, content creators, side-hustlers — each leading to a page written for the person who lands on it, in their numbers and their week, rather than one generic page asking five different people to translate it themselves. A 60-second quiz catches anyone who does not recognise themselves in the five.

What the studio supplied

All of it. The application and its generation pipelines; the brand, the wordmark and the design system; every word on the marketing site including the five audience pages; the video and audio assets; the ad campaigns and the landing pages behind them; and the SEO blog programme that keeps the site earning organic traffic between campaigns.

That is the argument for a studio rather than an agency and three freelancers: when the positioning changes, the copy, the ads, the video cuts and the product page all change in the same week, because the same people own them.

No traffic multiple, conversion rate or revenue figure appears on this page, because none has been independently measured. What is described above is what was built, and all of it is checkable by opening avmint.com.
