Privacy notice

This site collects one thing: what you type into the enquiry form. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads nothing from another company's servers.

Who the data controller is

Global Web Products Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 05884349, of 69 Godmans Lane, Marks Tey, Essex CO6 1NQ, United Kingdom. Enquiries about anything on this page go to info@globalwebproducts.com, or by post to the same address.

What is collected, and when

If you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you wrote — plus the optional business name, budget range and subject if you filled them in. Nothing is collected from a visitor who simply reads the site.

The web server keeps ordinary access logs, as every web server does: IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These are retained by the host for a short period and used only to keep the server running and to investigate abuse.

What it is used for

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. Enquiries are not added to a mailing list, not fed into a CRM, not enriched against third-party data and not passed or sold to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, no fingerprinting and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so no third party learns that you visited.

Following an outbound link to one of our own properties, or to any other site, takes you to a different privacy policy. This one covers globalwebproducts.com only.

Where enquiries are held, and for how long

Enquiries arrive as email, in a mailbox on the same server that hosts this site, and are held while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete a message, we will delete it and confirm that we have.

Legal basis

Answering an enquiry you sent is processing on the basis of legitimate interest — you asked a question and expect a reply. There is no marketing processing on this site, so there is no consent to withdraw.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. For the first three, email info@globalwebproducts.com and it will be handled within a month, usually the same week. The ICO can be reached at ico.org.uk, and you do not have to come to us first.

Changes

If this site ever starts using analytics or handling enquiries differently, this page changes first. It describes the current practice, not an aspiration.
