Terms
- Is VAT included?
- No. Project prices are quoted excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where it applies.
- What are the payment terms?
- Projects: half on acceptance of the proposal, half on delivery. Anything above £5,000 can be split into three. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due in 14 days.
- Is media spend included in a campaign retainer?
- No, and it is never marked up. Advertising budget is billed to you by the platform directly, on your own payment method, so you can see exactly what was spent and on what. The retainer buys the work.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Two rounds are standard on everything, and three on a scored music commission. In practice the number rarely matters, because you see drafts and cuts while they are still cheap to change. What is not included is a change of direction after sign-off — that is new scope, quoted before it starts.
- What if my project does not fit a package?
- Most interesting ones do not. The packages exist to make the shape of a budget visible, not to force a project into a box. Describe what you need and you will get a bespoke quote against the same principles.
- Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
- Yes. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling; filming naturally requires somebody to travel, and travel is quoted separately and at cost.
- Can I cancel a retainer?
- Retainers run for an initial three months, then monthly with 30 days’ notice on either side. Everything produced up to the end of the notice period is yours, delivered and licensed.

None of these quite fit?
Most projects worth doing sit between two packages or across three services. Describe yours in a paragraph and you will get a written quote against the same terms.
